Site Surveys
iBuild Spectrum surveying team thoroughly inspect project sites to gather information for design or to provide an estimate on each task. This includes determining a precise location and optimization of the best orientation for the site to ensure project construction enhanced.
Zoning & Construction Drawings
Almost all building projects require Zoning Drawings. In order to obtain an RFI permit, a zoning analysis needs to happen in order to determine the appropriate use and size of a building (per parcel of land). Once all of this information is collected, analyzed, and implemented into a designed plan, proper documentation needs to be submitted to the authorities.
iBuild Spectrum generates zoning drawings for any project, per jurisdiction requirement for new site build, small cell design, cell upgrade, CATV, CCTV, and optical fiber design on self-support towers, guyed masts, and utility poles.
Through providing a complete set of construction drawings that comprise floor plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings, iBuild Spectrum provides a complete representation of the scope of the project.
Mapping
Our team has extensive experience in Structural Analysis (Towers, Antenna Mounts, Water Tanks), Construction Drawings (Macro, Small Cell, Fiber) and Tower Climbing (Tower Mapping, Mount Mapping, Equipment Audits). We work well with other teams in identifying strong and weak points to provide comprehensive and affordable plans.
Photo Simulations
Photo simulation is a great way to visualize the result of a development project. Using a photo that best shows the development, we alter the image to reflect the proper design and to ensure the design will match with a photo simulation preview.
Tower Analysis
iBuild Spectrum provides an inventory of the existing and proposed antennas by the height of antenna, manufacturer, model number, mounting type, azimuth, and transmission line size. Future antennas that are required to be included in the analysis for reserved capacity could be assessed in the analysis.
Permit Submission and Tracking
